Marcia is the Training Director for the Healthcare Coaching Institute at Virginia Tech. She was the 5th global president of the International Coach Federation and is currently a Global Director. She is also on the faculty of the International Coach Academy in Russia and Create China Coaching in China and has spoken at many top universities in the US, Europe, and Asia. She is recognized by Global Gurus top 30 as the #5 coach in the world.

Marcia’s doctoral degree is in organizational psychology and she has two master’s degrees in education and communications. She is happily obsessed with uncovering the latest discoveries in neuro/behavioral science so she can put them into practical applications that create positive change.
