Marcia Reynolds

Marcia Reynolds helps coaches and leaders make every conversation a difference-making experience. She has a passion for sharing the transformational power of emotions so we can encourage full human expression while working together to realize the outcomes we desire. She has provided executive coaching, leadership training, and consulting on developing coaching cultures for clients in 41 countries.

Marcia is the Training Director for the Healthcare Coaching Institute at Virginia Tech. She was the 5th global president of the International Coach Federation and is currently a Global Director. She is also on the faculty of the International Coach Academy in Russia and Create China Coaching in China and has spoken at many top universities in the US, Europe, and Asia. She is recognized by Global Gurus top 30 as the #5 coach in the world.

Marcia’s doctoral degree is in organizational psychology and she has two master’s degrees in education and communications. She was one of the first 25 people in the world to earn the designation of Master Certified Coach. She is happily obsessed with uncovering the latest discoveries in neuro/behavioral science so she can put them into practical applications that create positive change.
