Scott Zucker is a partner in the Atlanta law firm of Weissmann Zucker Euster Morochnik & Garber, P.C. and has been practicing law since 1987. Mr. Zucker obtained his undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis and his law degree from George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
Scott represents companies throughout the country on legal matters including property development and construction, employment and landlord rights and assists in resolving commercial disputes in state or federal courts and through Alternate Dispute Resolution. He is the author of over 100 published legal articles, a frequent lecturer at national conferences as well as a certified mediator and arbitrator.
Besides work, Scott is also actively involved in the community, having sat on the Advisory Boards for Emory University’s Winship Cancer Institute as well as the Rollins School of Public Health. He has completed his term as the Board President for Temple Sinai in Atlanta and currently sits on the Boards of the American Jewish Committee, the American Defamation League and the Future Foundation. He is also a published author, having released two legal suspense fiction novels Rally on Two and Chain of Custody.
Finally, Scott is a passionate “ethical wills” advocate, speaking and teaching on the importance of creating legacy writings to share family histories, personal values and lessons learned for future generations. Scott lives in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife of 30 years Melanie. They have two grown children, Drew and Jack and two labradoodles Fenway and Astro.
