Precious Price

Precious Price operates at the intersection of housing justice and capital gain. Through technology and community activation, she seeks to transform the real estate industry from the inside out.

Starting as a short-term rental operator in 2018, she moved on to purchasing property and even completing tiny home builds — a journey that was captured in a three-part docuseries on YouTube. In 2021, Precious founded LANDRIFT, a unique digital real estate marketplace, amidst the national conversation around the impact of short-term rentals on housing affordability and availability.

Precious previously served as a consultant at Accenture Interactive before founding digital marketing consultancy The Brand Table.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and technology management and a master’s degree in management information systems and services from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.

“We've got to decide that we want to live in a world that is sane and happy and healthy, and that everyone deserves that.”
